Non Verified | London to Miami via Newark. Delay 1 60 minutes. Cabin coiffure and food poor. Gave me tea mixed with java. Flight from Newark, three hours in aeroplane on ground, storms delayed. We are from Britain and could non admission their APP so nothing to swallow except pocketbook of pretzels. Throughout the filibuster cabin crew laughing and joking in galley .. we were dorsum row. Didn't intendance to ask passengers if they needed drink. Return journey. Gate changed three times at Miami, resulting in delay and the states missing an international connection to London. (Madison was very helpful though in trying to get us off aircraft quickly). Because of delay we had to spend whole night in Newark Airport, no hotel just $30 for food ... 2 hour queue for client service equally simply i person at desk and 50 people waiting. Atrocious airline, don't even bother to mention their slogan 'Friendly Skies' - it is non.

Trip Verified | I was traveling with an 87 year quondam wheelchair assist when we arrived on time at 7pm to Newark NJ. After waiting 45 mins for a chair to the next gate(checked on chair twice), I decided to cheque the schedule board merely to find our flight had been canceled. Nosotros were instructed to go to gate C90 merely only after waiting another 15 minutes for transport. Afterward waiting in line for over 4.5 hours and 3 customer service phone calls(no assist!) I was told we could not fly out until 9pm 4/9/22. While waiting in line we were not offered water or snacks and I was not allowed to continue my companion in a wheelchair with me for chat and updates. On four/ix/22 we arrived back at the drome approximately 12:30pm and had wheelchair assistance to gate which had changed from our tickets issued us a few hours earlier. In the viii hours waiting for our flying our gate changed 3 more than times, which meant 3 more times waiting for aid. I would have never known of the gate modify except I kept checking the board (worried information technology was going to become canceled once again). In one case nosotros arrived in Bangor, Me all of our luggage did go far with us but my snow world souvenirs for my granddaughters were broken fifty-fifty though they were packed well and two bottles of booze survived. I shudder to remember what would of happened to my companion if she was traveling alone. She would be stuck at some gate waiting for ship. I also got no notifications that our flying was canceled which would take been helpful. Phone client service was no help which I practise not understand why. If yous can telephone call and book a flight, why can't yous call and get assistance with a canceled flight. It would have reduced the long line of waiting, angry passengers. Overall absolutely worst travel feel I have ever had and I would not recommend this airline to anyone.

Not Verified | Denver to Steamboat Springs. This is by far one of the worst airlines I've ever rode with. Abiding delays, seats with no room so they desire to clasp every bit many people in like a can of sardines. This airline is so unreliable I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Never. Fly. United.

Trip Verified | Both my outgoing and returning flights this past week have had meaning delays. I was scheduled to fly out of Roanoke on April 10th at 7.00 am. This flight was delayed for five hours which caused several missed connections in Chicago. I ended up having to switch airlines to go to my destination. This resulted in a 19-hour traveling solar day when I finally become to my destination. Now today, Apr 15th, I am attempting to return home to Roanoke where my flight is yet over again delayed by five hours, however, the plane has still not left to come to pick u.s.a. up. This is once again looking to be an incredibly long traveling day, with the only compensation offered being snacks and h2o. I empathise unexpected problems, however, having two significant delays then close together makes me question the reliability of United and makes me question if I will consider booking with United in the future. On top of this, I had to repay for my checked numberless this morn that I had already prepaid last month.

Trip Verified | I regret having to fly through this airline. I volition exist paying more coin to wing through another more reliable airline that can meet expectations. First, my return flying was the biggest issue. United Airlines in Republic of el salvador is a disaster. United Airlines ticketing clerk was unprofessional and insubordinate. When request question the staff ignored finding answers, including when asking him to speak to him supervisor. Later on insisting on speaking to his supervisor, this staff connected to act unprofessional in disregarding essential aspects. For instance, knowing that the flight was delayed he did not bother to look at the connecting flight, when we asked the supervisor about our connecting flying he said that we would surely miss it. The supervisor and then issued us a later connecting flying. When we arrived to the Us to board our connecting flight home, this flight also was delayed. Nosotros arrived iv hours delayed from our original purchased flying. United Airlines issued these reasons for the delays "UA 1953: Your inbound plane is arriving belatedly because of schedule disruptions forth its earlier road caused by an out of service aircraft" and "UA 339: Your inbound plane is arriving late because of schedule disruptions caused by strong winds and ATC staffing shortages at Newark Freedom International Drome". I found the "staffing shortage" reason interesting.

Trip Verified | Terrible experience. The flight bellboy was late, they blamed the passengers for the delay then made u.s.a. check our bags which were not over sized. Information technology was a terrible feel.

Trip Verified | The worst airline ever. Cancelled flights for non United states citizens through Europe merely unwilling to refund equally if the inconvenience was non bad enough. It's been iii plus months of back and forth betwixt United and Expedia and their ridiculous hold times. I am on hold for an average of 45 mins on every telephone call and still non getting my refund processed. I don't want flight credits because I don't want to do business organisation with them e'er once more. This is a nightmare. Wing at your own peril.

Not Verified | This was one of the worst flights ever! One time the doors were closed, the plane was still somewhat empty. The human next to me asked the attendant if he could switch seats to an empty aisle seat so that we could have more space, and they still wanted to accuse him $71! Cool. They try to squeeze every penny out of you. And if you are basic economy y'all don't take the option of using the overhead bins. Never fly with them!

Trip Verified | Absolutely horrible airline! 4 minors aged 5-11 non seated with the the ii adults besides on the airplane! How can that happen? Tried to resolved the day before at check in and was told information technology would be handled at the airport - information technology wasn't! Flight was over booked by 11 people - making information technology even worse! Goose egg customer service hither. Nada concern about our children's safe! Unacceptable!
